The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. Do the products you ordered from us not fulfil your expectations? No problem! Simply register your return in our portal by clicking the button below. Please follow the instructions shown in the portal to ensure a quick and hassle free return procedure.

Register your return by clicking the button below or read further to find out our rules and conditions for the return process. We kindly ask you to register only one return request per order. Registering multiple requests and/or creating multiple shipping labels for one return order may result in multiple return costs being charged.

Rules & Conditions:

Time frame:

  • In our web shop, we offer our customers a 30 days 'no questions asked' return possibility. The 30 days are counted from the day you receive your order.

  • After getting your return request approved, you have 14 days to hand in the return package at the chosen carrier parcel shop.

  • We strive to process all the returns as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances if you follow our return instructions, the return is processed in 3 working days after receiving the package at our warehouse. We reserve the right to prolong this period in cases when further inspection of the return is required.

Cost of returns:

  • These costs are applicable for all return options (refund, exchange, store credit). In case of exchanges, customer may charged for the shipping costs of the exchanged product.

  • For all orders from inside the European Union, you can download a return shipping label through our return portal. Simply follow the instruction after clicking the 'Register return' button. Costs for returns are paid by the customer and can be seen in the table below.

  • For Non-EU countries we are unfortunately not yet able to offer return shipping labels. Please email us at [email protected] for instructions on how to return the products to us. Please use 'Return Non-EU' as subject of the email. Returning the package is at your own cost. Failing to email us prior to shipment of the returned goods might result in the package being rejected at customs. Import taxes paid when receiving the parcel will not be refunded when returning the order.

How to settle?

  • Money refund - We will issue the refund on the same day as we process the return. The refund arrives in your bank account depending on the method of payment that you used. This is usually 1-2 working days but sometimes can be longer.

  • Exchange - You can indicated the product code you would like to receive in the return portal

  • Store credit - In a form of discount code for your next order

State of the returned products

  • The products must be unused, complete, not damaged and in the original packaging. Original packaging might be slightly damaged to a reasonable extent of unpacking the product. Scratches or any other signs of using/mounting/test fitting the products will result in the return being rejected.

  • We kindly ask you to pack the returning products well and ensure that they arrive back to us without any damages. 

  • Damages and defects have to be reported to us as soon as possible through the return portal.


  • We do not accept returns of custom made/specially edited products. In our webshop this applies mainly for custom made YSS/Hagon shock absorbers. Other examples include specially made exhaust systems and any other products that are adjusted according to our customer specifications.
